First things first: thanks for choosing Treasure State Bank. We think you’ll like it here. But switching isn’t always a snap. For instance, perhaps you don’t know our routing number (you’ll need it). Or the correct language for closing your account (some banks are sticklers for it). And so on.
These easy-to-use forms will help you close your old account and transfer your automated information to your new account here at TSB, without a lot of footwork.
To get started, click on one of the options below, and a printable form will appear on your computer desktop.
Apply now. If you know what kind of account you’d like to start with, visit our Application Center. Then come back to the Switch Kit to make it all happen. Go there.
Already a customer? You’ll need an Account Closing Request. You have to close your bank accounts yourself, in writing. Use this fill-in-the-blanks letter to get the wording right. Download an Account Closing Request
Switch over your automatic payments. With your new account information, your vendors can continue to draw payments from your account. This form will tell them how to do it, well before your next payment’s due date. Download an Automatic Payment Change Form
What about online Bill Pay? Do you have monthly bills you pay online with your checking account? If so, we’d like to help you switch them over to your new TSB account. Call us, at 406-543-8700, and we’ll make all the arrangements.
