How does outsourcing your payroll with us work?
We will work with you to determine what works best for you. Whether you are a new business just starting out or already established, we want to help you succeed.
The initial set up. If you are a new business owner, we can assist you with the necessary payroll applications and provide you with any special information pertaining to your industry.
If you are already an established business, we will need copies of all year to date payrolls processed, taxes paid and forms filed. This includes any penalty notices you may have paid. It is not uncommon for us to find errors that resulted in a penalty to be false and disputable.
Processing your payroll. Payroll hours can either be faxed, mailed or emailed. We do request three days to allow for processing. This gives us adequate time for transmitting direct deposit or mailing your payroll checks to you.
We offer direct deposit, check printing or pay stubs (you handwrite the checks). Reports can be faxed, mailed or emailed.
